FAQs and Shipping Info

How long is order processing?
Orders may take 1-4 business days to process after placing to ship out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification sent to your email with detailed tracking information. If you would like to cancel your order, you MUST email within 24 hours of ordering. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

How long will my order take? 
Domestic (US):
USPS Ground (5-7 Days) Free
FedEx Express Saver (3-6 Days) $7.85 USD
International:
USPS International (7-9 Days) Free
FedEx International Express Shipping (4-6 Days) $16.85 USD
Order Tracking  
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! We offer protection on any orders that exceed the standard shipping times. If you need more detailed information, please contact us at  info@cloutcollection.shop
What is your refund policy?
If your item does not arrive in the specified time, we will resend your order.
If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will resend you a new product. If you receive the wrong item, we will send you out the correct item!
Please note: refunds/returns are not provided due to customer error.  Example: incorrect shipping address.

What if I still haven't received my items? 
Please contact us at  info@cloutcollection.shop and we will solve the issue.
If you feel unsatisfied with the wait time, we will refund you 100% of your order after the original items have been returned. If all else fails, send us a message -  info@cloutcollection.shop - and we'll get things handled! Thank you for your patience and understanding!

 

*International Customers:

Please feel free to browse our store in your local currency, but be aware that your cart will be converted back to USD at checkout. Rest assured that your bank will automatically convert your local currency into USD when your card is charged. Any disparity in currency value or additional conversion fees are covered by us!
