Feel free to return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery! Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival of your item. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return, refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Clout Collection. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a refund, store credit, or exchange for any returned merchandise. Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org! We only allow exchanges on items that are unworn, undamaged, and are still in the original packaging.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.) Mail your return to the address provided to you via email. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
